Welcome to Lango Northern Virginia

Welcome to Lango Northern Virginia! We are local parents (living in Reston) who recently discovered Lango and who are exited to bring this innovative program to the region. At Lango your child will learn a new language, make developmental strides, explore other cultures and make friends. Lango's highly engaging language classes use music, games, art, team games, puppets and stories to teach kids new languages.

We are in the process of establishing convenient class locations throughout Northern Virginia (and even some locations in Prince Williams County), where we'll offer Spanish, French and Mandarin.

Parent testimonials:

"My child (and I!) looked forward every week to attending the toddler and me Spanish class! We loved the curriculum because it was so interactive and engaging  - every lesson included music, movement, stories, and art. And the classes were fast-paced - perfectly geared to the energy of a toddler! My son had so much fun, and he was so proud when he was able to recognize words in Spanish! He soaked it up so fast. He is at a crucial age to be exposed to another language, and I am confident that this experience will continue to provide benefits for him in the future. Thank you, for offering this wonderful opportunity."-Anne Bonafede (whose son attended Lango class at Vienna Community Center)

"Lango classes are a wonderful choice for anyone looking to expose their children to a foreign language.  I watched my girls grow week after week in their comprehension and understanding of Spanish language and culture, all while having lots of fun!"- Brigid Tayebi (whose daughters attended Lango class in Herndon)

“The Lango team does a great job engaging our energetic preschooler through their use of active learning.  Even though I did not think he was getting it, I heard him using Spanish as he played with his cars and trucks.  One day at a church event he started counting in Spanish and a woman commented that his accent sounded like he was from Spain.  So, not only is he picking up the vocabulary, but the accent as well.” Tina Carr (whose son attended Lango Class at Church of the Good Shepherd)
