A Sample Week at Camp Lango for Kids 2-5 years old (NAPPERS)

Circus Theme Week One

•  8:30-9:00 - Arrival/Transition to Home Base Classroom
• 9:00-9:15 - Silly Games & Morning Celebration
• 9:15-10:00 - Lango Play Lesson 

Play based lesson teaching target vocabulary through Games, Puppetry, Music and Movement and Stories

• 10:00 Snack
• 10:15-11:00 Waterplay and Fun on the Playground
• 11:15-12:00 Music Activity (Except Wednesday)

Mon- Silly Circus Arts.  Musical acrobatics. Tue- Music and Make Believe. Face paint, dress up, masks and music!                 Thu- Music and Movement. Fun on stage with instruments!  Fri- Silly Musical Games. Fun with Parachute, balloons & hoppity balls!

• 12:00-12:45 Lunch with teachers and friends
• 12:45-1:00 Stretchy Time Stories. Yoga and Stories on our nap mats.
• 1:00-2:30 NAP (we do not wake sleeping children unless instructed by the parents)
• 2:30-3:15 Creative Activity (except Fridays)

Mon-Circus Crafts. Animal masks. Tue- Creative Cooking. Clown food! Wed- Fun in the Garden. Planting and digging fun!     Thur- Messy Arts. Cool Aid Tie-Dye Fun! 

• 3:15-3:30 Good Bye Celebration. 

 **Wednesday -  11:00-12:00 Guest visit from Animal Friends (Petting Zoo)

 **Friday- 2:30-3:30  Fun Friday Celebration. Treats, games and campwide fun!

Mon- Circus Arts.  Musical acrobatics. Tue- Circus Arts. Face paint, dress up, and Clown Arts on stage!   Fri- Circus Arts. Fun with Juggling, Parachute, balloons & hoppity balls!

• 11:15-12:00 Waterplay and Fun on the Playground
• 12:00-12:45 Lunch with teachers and friends
• 12:45-1:15 Relay Races and Team Games
• 1:30-2:30 Creative Activity/Performance arts (except Thur)

Mon-Messy Arts. Fun with Coolaid Tie-Dye Tue-Creative Cooking. Clown food! Wed-Fun in the Garden. Digging and planting Fri- Drama time. Fun on stage!

• 2:30-3:15 Big Movement/Sports and Games (except  Thursday and Friday)

Mon- Sports and Games. Choose from soccer, tennis, water balloon races or tennis! Tue- Circus Arts. Acrobatics, juggling and fun with hula hoops. Wed- Adventure scavenger Hunt. Create and travel through circus obstacle course following clues!

3:15-3:30 Good Bye Celebration 

** Wednesday- 10:15-11:15 Guest visit from animal friends. (Petting Zoo)

** Thursday- 9:15- 12:00 Field Trip to the Pool and Picnic Lunch! Followed by crafting our own instruments and big band fun on stage.

**  Friday- 2:30-3:30 Fun Friday Campwide Celebration!
